In the world of textiles and visual branding, a quality label or patch is much more than a simple detail – it is the signature that defines the identity of every product, uniform, or brand. At Jacquard, we have been building our reputation for decades based on domestic production, expertise, and uncompromised quality.
Whether equipping emergency services, police, firefighters, security companies, sports clubs, fashion brands, or large industrial systems, our facility covers a wide range of products – from woven and printed labels to patches, pennants, and complete workwear.
Many wonder how such a product is actually created in our plant. Here is an insight into the technological process behind every successful order.
1. Weaving on advanced Müller machines
It all starts in our weaving mill, where we use high-precision Swiss Müller machines. Unlike traditional embroidery or printing, weaving builds motifs, logos, and intricate details directly into the fabric structure by intertwining high-quality polyester threads.
This approach ensures incredible clarity even for the finest details. The result is an exceptionally strong and compact woven label or patch, featuring durable colors and material resistant to wear and high-temperature washing.
2. Precise shaping with Golden Laser technology
After weaving, the process moves to finishing, where we utilize lasers. Laser technology delivers flawless precision when cutting complex shapes and edges.
Beyond guaranteeing millimeter accuracy, the laser beam instantly heat-seals the edges of the material during cutting, completely preventing any future fraying or unraveling.
3. Sewing and merrowing for a flawless finish
Depending on the application and requirements, patches and badges proceed to final processing – sewing and edge merrowing (overlocking). Professional edge stitching adds extra durability, a clean look, and allows for easy attachment onto uniforms, jackets, workwear, or sportswear.
